FYI: No trucks deliver to us after 7PM.

Our Garbage pick up is usually between 12 - 1AM.

If you see a 35 foot "Bartlett" delivery truck around midnight in front

of our venue blocking the street they are delivering to Starbucks...NOT to us...

We try to keep late night pedestrians and parked cars

playing loud music at bay but since they are mostly NOT our

customers it becomes difficult to negotiate...

Many NY residents are disturbed by construction, traffic and nightlife noise issues.

We monitor our noise levels outside with a permanently installed dB meter.

We are aware that any activity induces an increase in noise levels.

We would like to inform about noise reduction solutions such as the highly

recommended laminated glass windows that are installed on the inside

and in addition to existing windows without reducing any view or light.

These interior windows do not need any building permits or even approval

from a condo board.

They are installed after an initial visit to take measurements in one afternoon.

Laminated glass has by far the best noise reduction factors and

decreases any outdoor noise by at least 75% and also helps with insulation.
