The El Dorado Bar combined with the adjacent Courtyard can accommodate up to 60 persons. You have the benefit of having indoor & outdoor space (weather permitting). (See photos below). The Courtyard area must be closed down by 1AM.

The El Dorado Bar is equipped with it's own bar and a photo booth. This room offers a feature to play your own music with a laptop, iPod or similar device. With it's own bar and bartender you have the option for your guests to order (and pay) individually for their drinks.

The minimum spend to book the El Dorado Bar & Courtyard booking starts at:

Friday & Saturday nights starting at $2,500

Saturday & Sunday brunch starting at $2,500

Weekdays lunch starting at $1,000

Prices listed are minimum spend requirements. There are no room rental fees (except where listed). The minimum spend amount is dependent on multiple factors such as: guest count, time frame, day of the week and space being reserved.

In most cases we allow individual guests to order and pay individually for drinks at the bar to meet minimum spend requirements.

All drinks/food go towards the minimum spend. If you don’t reach the minimum you only pay the difference (plus applicable tax & 20% tip)

All prices subject to NY sales tax and 20% tip. The time frame for each private event is calculated at 3 hours. Additional fees apply for any extension.

For larger events including but not limited to engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding events or for any group event over 80 persons there is an administrative fee of $ 1,000 on top of any other charges.

Absolutely positively no decorations are allowed including confetti, glitter, anything taped to the wall. (Table decorations, flowers or items on tables are allowed). Gran Torino will charge a $500 cleanup fee for any decorations. Birthday cakes can be brought in for a $ 50 charge per cake. We cannot store frozen/ice cream cakes. No other outside food is allowed. Outdoor music is not permitted. Gran Torino will not allow any offensive music or volume levels that disturb our customers in other rooms. Gran Torino reserves the right to control the volume of music. No outside sound equipment, boomboxes, speakers can be brought into the venue.
